Curry Chicken

Ingredients
3 1/2 chicken breast1 large potato1 medium onion1 medium tomatoCurry seasoning.
Directions
Cut up chicken into bit size pieces, peel and dice potato, dice onion, and chop tomato. Massage chicken with curry powder. Add oil to pan and saute chicken and onion with salt and pepper and garlic powder if desired. Add tomato and potatoes and a little water to give texture. Potatoes will make the chicken thicker. Cook until potatoes are soft adding water as needed. Serve over rice.
My servings are small but it could easily be 5 servings but for my lifestyle it is about 10 or maybe a little more.
