Pork Chops Braised in Milk

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops (6-ounce each, about 1/2 inch thick) 2 tbsp white all purpose flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 1/2 cup fat free milk1 tsp margarine
Directions
1 Remove any excess fat from pork chops.
2 Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a resealabe plastic bag. Place pork chops in bag and shake to fully coat.
3 Take chops out of bag and pour the extra flour mixture into a bowl.
4 Slowly whisk 1/2 cup milk into the flour.
5 Heat margarine in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Place chops in pan and cook 3 minutes per side.
6 Pour 1/2 of the milk mixture over chops, place lid on pan, lower heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
7 Flip chops, pour in the rest of the milk, place lid back on and cook another 30 minutes.
8 Take lid off pan and cook chops another 15 minutes or until sauce becomes very thick.
9 Serve sauce over top of chops.
