1lb. ground beef1 cup chopped onion4 potatoes, peeled and diced1 cup frozen corn1 large can diced tomatoes1 large can V8
In a large stew pot, brown ground beef with onion. Add potatoes, corn, and diced tomatoes. Stir in V8, and let simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
