1 roma tomato, cut in half and hallowed out1 hard boiled egg, diced1 TB each: celery, onions1 tsp relish1 TB caesar dressingsalt, pepper to tasteparsley to taste
Directions
mix egg, celery, onions, relish and caesar dressing. Scoop mixture into hollowed-out tomato and garish with parsley.
