Blue Cheese and Hummus Turkey Burger

Ingredients
4 tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Hummus16 oz Lean Ground Turkey Meat.5 cup Blue Cheese.5 cup Shredded Wheat (about .25 cup crushed)1 Egg White Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine thawed turkey meat, hummus, blue cheese, and egg white. Crush shredded wheat (I used a rolling pin) until fine, adding into turkey mixture; mix thoroughly. Shape into 4, 4 oz, patties. Cook on medium-high heat in a lightly-oiled skillet for 6 to 8 minutes. Enjoy!
