Crab Salad

Ingredients
You will need a medium size bowl and chopping board. First you will cut up the crab meat or you can just pull it apart , then you will add shredded Romaine Lettuce (this can be bought at any Grocery store) then slice up one medium size tomatoe( I sometimes use the small cherry tomatoes) then take a small to medium avacado and peel it then remove the seed, slice avocado into thin-medium slices, chopped up boiled egg(sometimes I remove the yolk but that is up to you) chop up small onion(I prefer the red onion) mix all your ingredients into the medium bowl and toss it. When ready to eat add about 2-3 tbsp of Kraft Light Done Right Red Wine Vinaigrette. Dont forget to get a box of veggie crackers to go with this great crab salad.
