My Humus

Ingredients
2 c chickpeas (1 16 oz can)1 tsp sesame oil1/4 c olive oil3 T lemon juice (about one med lemon)1 garlic clove1 T dried oregano
Directions
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Put all ingredients in the in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with veggies or on a sandwhich. The lemon and oregano can be changed up for what ever flavor you want it to be. For example, roasted red pepper, feta and roasted garlic would be good. Or olive and lemon or just roasted garlic. That could change the calories a bit. 1 serving = 1 tablespoon
