Double Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients
1 oz. dried mushrooms of your choice5 lg. fresh white mushrooms, sliced1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef1/2 lb. extra lean ground pork1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme or 11/2 tsp. dried thyme1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. Onion powder1/4 tsp. black pepper2 Tbsp. Chili sauce3/4 tsp. ground allspice
Directions
makes 4 hamburgers
1. Put the dried and fresh mushrooms in a food processer or blender and pulse until finely ground. Transfer to a med. bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except for chili sauce and allspice, mix well and form into 4 burgers.
2. Spray a large non stick skillet with non stick spray and set over med.-high heat. Add the burgers and cook about 4 mins. each side or juices run clear.
3. Mean while, mix te chili sauce and allspice in a small bowl until smooth. Serve on top of burgers.
