Ingredients

1 package of boneless skinless chicken breasts1 can of Campbells Healthy Request cream of celery soup1 can of Campbells Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup16 oz. of fat free sour cream1.5 sleeves of fat free saltine crackers1 stick of butter
Boil chicken breasts in water for 1 hour or until desired tenderness.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Shred/chop cooked chicken and place in an ungreased pan
Mix in fat free sour cream
Mix in can of cream of celery soup
Mix in can of cream of mushroom soup
Stir all ingredients together in pan.
In a separate large bowl melt one stick of butter
Crush 1.5 sleeves of fat free saltine crackers
Mix crackers into butter
Use as a topping and spread mixture over the chicken
(You can sprinkle poppyseeds and sliced almonds over the crackers for extra flavor: this has not been calculated in the nutritional information for this recipe.)
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
It will thicken if left to set.
