Low Carb Cinnamon Spice Pancakes

Ingredients

2 tbsp protein powder3/4 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamondash nutmegdash ginger1 egg1 tsp vegetable oil1 tbsp of water
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stir very well to ensure all the egg and protein powder are mixed.
Cook in greased (spray with cooking spray) fry pan on medium. It is thick batter, so I flatten out the batter a bit to the size pancake I want. Flip when pancake gets a dryish looking film on top. These will bubble on the edges, but not all the way through.
Serve with sugar free maple syrup (I use Walden Farms) to be truly low carb.
