Mini Turkey Burgers

1 lb ground turkey4 tablespoons nonfat cottage cheese2 egg whites2 tsp onion powder2 tsp dried sage1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese1 pack of dinner rollsfor sauce3 tbsp light mayonaise3 tsp dijon mustard1-2 tbsp dried dill weed (depending on preference)3 tablespoons lemon juice
Mix ground turkey, cottage cheese, egg whites, onion powder, sage, and parmeasen cheese in a bowl. Pat out small patties. Good on medium-high heat until burgers are brown on the outside and no longer pink in the middle.
In a separate bowl mix mayonaise, mustard, dill and lemon together.
Cut your dinner roll in half and spread mixture on one side of the bread. You will not need a lot of the spread. Place burger in between the roll and enjoy!
