Greek Dinner Salad for One

Ingredients
Mixed Salad Greens (I prefer Spring Mix)6 Grape Tomatoes, cut in half4 thick cucumber slices, cut in quartersRed Onion1/8c. Kalamata Olives (Black)1/8c. Manzanilla (Green)1oz Feta Cheese, crumbles1oz Asiago Cheese, shreddedBalsalmic Vinigarette
Directions
Place salad greens in bowl. Add tomatoes and cucumbers. Shave thin slivers of red onion over mixture. Add olives. Drizzle Balsalmic dressing over salad and top with cheeses. Enjoy!
