Roasted Red Potatoes with Herbs & Romano

6 Small Red Potatoes (cut into bit size pieces, equal in size)1 Tbsp. Herbs De Provence2 Tbsp. Olive Oil1 Tbsp. Onion Powder.5 oz. Fresh Grated Romano CheeseSalt and Pepper to Taste
1. Cut Potatoes into bite size pieces all about equal in size for even cooking.
2. Add olive oil, Herbs De Provence, onion powder, salt, and pepper then toss until evenly coated.
3. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until done or fork tender (ovens will vary).
4. Grate a little Romano Cheese on top (about .5 oz.) and broil for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are lightly browned.
