Ingredients
1 pound grape or cherry tomatoes, halved, (about 4 cups)1 medium English cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise, thinly sliced (about 2 cups)2 medium stalks of celery, halved lenghtwise, thinly sliced (about 1-1.4 cups)1 medium green bell pepper, cored, seeded, chopped (about 1/2 cup) 1 medium garlic clove, minced1 tbsp. olive oil1 tbsp. worcestershire1 tbsp. red wine vinegar2 tsp. fresh lemon juice1 tsb. salt1/2 tsp. black pepper1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce, or to taste
Directions
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE SERVING BOWL. TOSS WELL AND SERVE.

    This is one of my favorite summer salads. When I don't have worcestershire sauce, which is often, I use soy sauce and leave out the salt. I'm not obsessive about the exact quantities of vegs and I like the supersweet cherry tomatoes in it. - 7/12/11
