Not quite as good as the original Jimmy Dean recipe, but much healthier - 7/17/10

Great recipe! I have always used Velvetta and Sage sausage in the past. To make it with less calories I would use 2% Velvetta. It was the Sage sausage that always made it different from everyone elses! Don't know if you can find that lite or fat-free. If you can please let me know! - 10/3/09

I had made the full fat version frequently and tried the lower fat version yesterday and so some of my guests who are dieting were really impressed when they found out this was better for them. I had very little left.
