Garlic Cheese Broccoli Dip

Ingredients
1 medium onion diced1 Tbsp butter1 10oz pkg Frozen Chopped Broccoli1 can cream of mushroom soup1 small jar sliced mushrooms1 block (approx 1-2 cups chopped) Garlic Cheese (I buy Hoffman's garlic cheese but can use any garlic cheese sometimes is hard to find)
Directions
Melt Butter and saute onions in butter. Add thawed chopped Broccoli, let heat until softened (or steam broccoli before placing in dip). Add mushrooms, cream of mushrooms and cheese cubes until melted. Serve warm with frito scoops - usually we place in crockpot or fondue dish to stay warm during snacking.
