Asian Tilapia

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Miso1 Tbsp. splenda1 Tbsp. Mirin2 tsp. fat-free Mayonnaise2 (10 oz) Tilapia fillets1 (12 oz) bag frozen shelled edamame1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds1 tsp. Asian (dark) sesame oil
Directions
Makes 4 servings

1. Spray a broiler pan with non stick cooking spray;preheat the broiler
2. Mix the miso,mirin,splenda, and mayonnaise in a cup; spread evenly over the tilapia. Broil the tilapia 6 inches from the heat just until opaque in the center, 7-8 mins.
3. Meanwhile, bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a pan. Add the edamame and cook 3 mins. Drain and return to the pan. Stir in the sesame seeds and sesame oil. Serve with the tilapia.
