Easy Pork and Apple Bake

Ingredients
1 box Stove Top Stuffing 6 boneless pork chops1 can apple pie filling, no sugar added
Directions
Prepare stuffing per box instructions.
Spray 9 x 13 pan with Pam
Spread pie filling in bottom of pan
Lay chops over pie filling
Spread stuffing over chops

Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for a final 10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.

    This was very easy and pretty good. I had to cook it twice as long and my husband didn't care for the apples but we will probably do this again with the apples on the side. I also served corn as a side. - 7/3/09
