Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 pound stew beef (lean)1 can Beef Boullion1 Tbl. Olive oil1 large potato4 medium carrots1 cup sliced celery.05 large onion.05 frozen green peas1 can creamed cornsalt and pepper.25 teaspoon ThymeCover meat and vegtables with water.
Directions
Brown meat in Olive oil, add water and broth and simmer until almost done. Add vegtables and cover with water, simmer for 1 hour.
