One can each Dark Kidney Beans; Garbanzos; Green Beans (blue Lake). one jar artichoke hearts marinated.tart: such as red wine vinegar; rice wine vinegar; cider vinegar; lemon juice. Herbs: marjoram; dill; other flavors red onions minced; garlic (powdered); onion (powdered); parsley; splenda Let you mind wonder.
Don't cook marinate in fridge for the full 3 hrs. Since these are low salt or no salt canned beans and need to sit and develop taste otherwise very bland.
Rinse each bean in a strainer until the tiny bubbles are gone. Green beans, not so much. Add the strained Artichokes. Reserve the oil and vinegar marinade correct the seasoning with your choice of no cal. seasonings. I have a few different ways to do it. Since the beans are near neutral you can add many different things, tasty and satisfying.
