Teriyaki Flank Steak with Green Bean Tomato Salad

8 oz (or 1 lb) Flank Steak3 TBSP Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce1 Clove Garlic, minced½ Fresh Green Beans½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half1 TBSP Parmesan Cheese, coarsely shredded2 Lime Wedges (or ½ TBSP Lime Juice)
Flank Steak:
Preheat on High Broil **
Cut Flank Steak into 2 equal pieces
Use meat mallet to flatten steak and tenderize
Coat both side of steak with Teriyaki Sauce
Add minced garlic and rub over steak
Place steak on broiler, close to heat, broil to taste (rare, med, well done)
Bean & Tomato Salad:
Steam Green Beans until tender
add cherry tomato halves, parmesan cheese & lime juice
**I would also suggest to use your grill if you have one to grill the flank steak versus broiling for better taste.
