12 Grain Bread

Ingredients
3 Cups hot tap water1 cup 7-grain cereal1/4 cup millet1/2 cup sunflower seeds2 tab. pumpkin seeds1/3 cup honey2 Tab. soy Lecithin1/4 cup applesause1 Tab salt1 1/2 tab yeast1/2 cup gluten flour2 1/2 cup wheet flour2 3/4 cup white flour
Directions
Combine first 9ingredients and let soak for a few minutes. Add luten flour yeast and enough flour until dough pulls away form side of boawl. Knead for 10 nimutes. Bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes.
