Kodiak Mac (and Cheese)

8 oz. elbow noodles3 T. butter3 T. All Purpose FlourSalt Pepper2 c. milk (I use nonfat)2 c. shredded cheeseItalian Bread CrumbsParmesan CheesePaprika (or other seasoning)
Cook macaroni. Meanwhile, melt butter, add flour, salt and pepper. Add milk, stir until warm, then add cheese and stir until melted. Add the cooked macaroni.
Pour mixture into 8x8 baking dish. Top with Italian bread crumbs, shredded parmesan and paprika. Bake until top is crispy (We did it at 350 for 10 minutes). Can be refrigerated for future use (I imagine it can be frozen too, though I've never tried it).
