Ingredients
Lean ground Beef 1 lb.Onion 1 Med ChoppedBell Pepper 1 Med ChoppedCarolina Brand Rice and Black beans 2 pkgs.Diced Tomatoes 1 CanWhole Sweet Corn 1 CanWater MargarineLight Sour Cream
Directions
Brown ground beef, add onion and bell pepper. Add 2 Carolina Rice and Beans, premixed pouches. Follow direction on back of package. Once rice is tender add Corn and Tomatoes. Stir and serve with dollop of Sour Cream. Makes 8, 1.5 cup servings
