Crockpot Roast Beef

2 lb beef roast8 medium potatoes, peeled1 small bag of baby carrots1 large can beef broth1 large can water
Directions
Place beef roast in crockpot. Peel and chunk potatoes. Add potatoes and carrots to crockpot. Pour in beef broth and water. Cook on low 10-12 hours.
