Use Organic Ingredients for best results! * Pepper, black, 1.00 tsp * Pepper, cayenne, 1.00 tsp * Salt, 1.00 tsp * Lemon juice, 2.00 tbsp * Garlic, 2.00 cloves * Tahini, 3.00 tbsp * Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2.00 cup * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2.00 tbsp
Pour Chickpeas along with some reserved chickpea water (about 1/2 cup) into a quality blender. Add Tahini and olive oil and blend thoroughly. Add Lemon juice (from fresh lemon), salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic to mixture and blend again until well combined. The hummus will be medium consistency with a light color.
Serve with pita chips or veggies and enjoy! Refrigerate any unused portions.
