Kids Fav Baked Salmon

Ingredients
4 salmon fillet,fresh or frozen (thawed)1/2 onion diced1 tsp or sprinkle of ground cumin1 tsp cracked black pepper2 tbsp italian dressing2 tbsp dried dill1/2 lemon to be squeezed over baked salkon2 garlic cloves minced1/4 cup croutons crushed
Directions
Take your salmon,rinse in cold water , patt dry.Place in a deep dish baking pan.Sprinkle cumin as to your taste, black pepper, and dill. Place onto of salmon your diced onion,garlic, and evenly drizzle italian dressing over each fillet. Lightly sprinkle seasoned croutons onto of salmon .Cover with foil , bake 20-30 min with oven temp at 350 degrees. After 20 mins cooking time remove foil place salmon under broiler until croutons become toasty. Remove from stove, plate salmon with wedge of lemon to be squeezed ontop.
