Hi-Protein Apple Walnut Raisin Cinnamon Oatmeal Pancakes

1 1/2 cups Instant, Quick, or Regular rolled oat cereal8 large eggs with high Omega 3 1 small Fuji apple chopped fine1/2 cup of vanilla whey protein powder2 Tsp of cinnamon powder1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup chopped walnuts2Tbs Splenda (Sucralose)
Mix al ingredients in mixing bowl and stir thoroughly. If desired to be a thinner batter, add water to adjust to preference. Pre-heat pan to medium heat and spray non-stick spray. Scoop 1/.4 cup of batter onto grill for small pancakes. cook until brown and carefully turn over (small bubbles appear on top of pancake when ready to turn). Makes about 9 4" pancakes.
