Maman's Crepes

Ingredients
3 eggs2 c. flour2 c. milk2 t. vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all ingrediants together and let set for at least a half an hour...typically two hours or so. Then use almost 1/3 cup of batter in a crepe pan and tilt pan so batter coats the bottom. Use a thin spatula to see when one side is brown and then flip so both sides are golden.
