Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients
1 lb bonless skinless chicken breast1 box of stuffing any flavor1 can of 98 percent fat free cream of chicken soup4 cups of fresh mushrooms sliced1/2 cup low fat chicken broth
Directions
Grease a 4 quart crockpot and place chicken in the bottom. Layer mushrooms on top of chicken. Mix soup and chicken broth and then stuffing together. Layer stuffing mixture ontop of mushroom and cook on low for 8 hours.
*Note if you are not a mushroom fan you can use cream of chicken soup and green beans intead of mushrooms.
