Blueberry Pancakes Heart Smart Bisquick

Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart Mix2/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk2 tbsp fat-free egg product3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
Stir ingredients except blueberries until blended. Gently stir in blueberries.

pour by slightly less than 1/4" cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.

cook until bubbles break on surface. turn; cook until golden.

makes 8 pancakes ( 2 servings)

    I make these about once a week on the weekends. The recipe is on the the heart smart box. I sometimes substitute fresh strawberries or bananas. I often add 1 tsp vanilla. A much healthier version of the traditional pancake. Yes, you can eat these pancakes in moderation and still lose weight! Try it - 4/20/12
