Ingredients
Garlic - 2 clovesBeef bouillon (2 packets)Curry powder - 1/4 tspRed Ripe Tomatoes - 3 medium (diced)Onions - 2 medium (diced)Garlic - 2 fresh clovesRed cayenne pepper - 1/4 tspRed Potatoes -1 cupCarrots - 1 cupCelery - 1 cupZucchini - 1 cupGreen Peppers - 1 cupLentils (dried beans) - 1 cup
Directions
Dice all ingredients and combine in a pot with 6 to 8 cups of water. Boil until veggies are tender. Makes 14 one cup servings.
