4 pounds cabbage, shredded2 onions, chopped4 T butter2 T flour4 c water2 c canned tomatoes1 t salt1/2 t pepper2 T lemon juice1 t caraway seed1 c light sour cream
Cook cabbage, green pepper and onions in butter for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and gradually add the water, stirring constantly until the mixture boils. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, lemon juice and caraway seed. Cook over low heat for 1 hour. Garnish with sour cream. Makes 8 servings.
