Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup orange juice (I buy calcium fortified)1 cup whole frozen strawberries1 whole banana, peeled1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt (can use strawberry banana or plain strawberry if you prefer)
Directions
Puree all in blender on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth. Makes 2 large smoothies or 4 small ones. The nutritional information listed here is based on 2 large smoothies.
