"Kettle" Corn

Ingredients
1/4 cup popping corn2 Tbsp Smart Balance Omega oil blendsalt and Splenda to taste
Directions
Heat oil and one or two popcorn kernels in a large pot. When the kernels pop, add the rest of the popcorn and cook til kernels are no longer popping. Transfer to a large bowl and season to taste with salt and Splenda.
