Clean Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients
* Summer squash, 1 cup slices * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2 cup * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices * 1 cup cherry tomatoes *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp * Basil, .5 tbsp * Oregano, ground, .5 tbsp * Pasta, cooked, 8 oz
Directions
Coat baking dish with Olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Clean and cut vegetables put into baking dish
add basil and oregano
mix together
cook pasta as directed
Bake covered for 20 minutes @ 350 degrees or desired tenderness
add vegetables over pasta
