Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cup *Flour, white, 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar, 2 tablespoons Milk, 2%, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large 2 tablespoons butter
[reheat oven to 325.
puree 1/2 cup of the corn in a blender. add to remaining corn. add flour, sugar. chop butter into small pieces and add. whip eggs and milk together intil fluffy and add to corn mixture. pour into well greased 2 quart casserole. place casserole into a baking pan and add water to a quarter of the depth of the baking dish. Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the center.
Makes 6-8 half cup servings.
