Tastefully Simple Croutons

Ingredients
6 cups of wheat bread (about 8 slices)1/2 cup olive oil1 Tb Seasoned salt (more or less to taste)
Directions
1) Pre-heat oven to 350
2) Cut the bread into cubes the size you want them.
3) In a large bowl mix together oil and seasoning
4) Pour bread cubes into oil mix and toss to coat
5) Place in a single layer on a foil covered cookie sheet.
6) Place in the oven for 15-20 min stir once midway

* This will make soft croutons that melt in your mouth, if you like crunchy croutons try using less oil and bake a little longer.
