Zucchini Soup

Ingredients
3 zucchini, peeled3medium potatoes, peeled1 onion, sliced6 cloves garlic, sliced1 Tbs salt1 Tbs black pepper12 cups water
Directions
Place all ingredients in pot. Cook on medium flame for 45 minutes. Blend all ingredients with hand blender. Suggestion: Serve with garlic flavored croutons.
