Beef Italian Stew

Ingredients
1.5 lbs stew beef, cubed2 stalks celery, chopped2 carrots, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1 can stewed tomatoes3.5 cups beef broth1 cup water (add or subtract as needed)2-3 cloves garlic, finely diced1 palmful (about 2 tbsp) dried basil
Directions
Throw all ingredients into crockpot, set on high, for 2-4 hours. Reduce heat to low and let cook for another 4-6 hours.
Freezes well. If you would like to add noodles, remove any portion that you will be freezing, and only cook the noodles in the portion you are planning to eat at that setting. They don't freeze well and get mushy otherwise! Alphabet noodles are my personal favorite, but any type will do.
Nutrition tracker is set to four servings, but by adding some bread, etc. to make a full meal, could be 6 servings.
