- 1 and 1/2 pounds of lean ground Beef.- 8 oz. Rotini- 1 (16 oz.) pkg Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese- 3 Cups Wegmans Pasta Sauce, Smooth Marinara- 1 (10.75 oz.) can Cream of Tomato Soup, Healthy Request
Start a pot of water on the stove. When it's boiling, add your pasta and cook it until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain out all excess grease. Once the beef and pasta is done, combine all ingredients into crock pot. Be sure to alternate layers of beef, noodles, cheese, soup, and sauce. Cook it on low for 3 hours.
This will make 14 servings at 3/4 cup per serving. Enjoy!
