Turkey Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey1 med. onion chopped1 sm red pepper chopped1/3 cup chopped celery2 egg whites1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce2 sm potatoes, shredded2 egg whites1/3 cup organic catsup2 tsp. worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
Crock Pot directions:
Lightly spray crock pot with cooking spray. Pour mixture in and pat down, mounding it slightly in the center. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
Oven directions:
Lightly spray a large loaf pan. Pour mixture into pan and pat down, shaping it into a "loaf". Cook in a 325 degree oven for 50 minutes.
