Smoked Salmon and Mushroom Quiche

Wholemeal flour 100gMargarine 55gwater enough to bind pastry to dough 1 to 2 fl oz2 Eggmilk non fat 5flozSmoked salmon 50gmushrooms sliced 50gsliced tomato 4 sliceslow fat cheddar 40gDried Dill 1 tbsp
Prepare an 8 inch flan dish by using some of the margarine to grease it all over.
prepare the pastry rubbing the margarine in to the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs add the half the dill and some water enough to bind the pastry together.
Roll out pastry to around 9 inch circle line the flan dish with pastry and bake blind(baking with beans on top of baking paper) for about 10 minutes on gas mark 6 .200c
meanwhile warm the milk and whisk eggs once warmed add the milk to the eggs.take quiche base out of the oven lay the smoked salmon and mushrooms along the bottom of quiche pour the milk and eggs over the quiche sprinkle the cheese on top and add the sliced tomato and rest of the dill and place back in the oven on gas mark 2 or 150 c for another 20 minutes or until set.there is 8 portion if doing as party food but if having as a snack with salad e.g cut into four instead of 8 still only 245 calorie served that way.
