1/3 cup mellow white miso1/3 cup sesame tahini2 teaspoons lemon juice1 clove garlic, chopped2/3 cup warm water
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

    This dressing is awesome! I tossed it on a spring mix salad with avocado and almonds and it was fantastic. I also used red miso instead of white since that was what I had, so I dont think the color of the miso matters to much. Thanks for the recipe! - 6/5/11
