Berry and Tea Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brewed unsweetened green tea- 1 cup Frozen unsweetened blueberries- 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt- 1 tbsp Flax Oil- 1/2 tbsp honey
Directions
Throw it all in a blend and pulse until creamy-smooth. If you find it is too thick for your liking, thin it down with some water or fruit juice.
(I usually do not add the honey. The calorie count is only 290 w/o it.)
