Lumpia Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground pork2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 c. onion, minced1/2 c. carrots, shredded or minced1/2 c. cabbage, minced1/2 c. scallions, minced1 tsp. pepper1 tsp. salt1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. soy sauce3/4 c. bread crumbs1 large egg5 pineapple slices1 apple, peeled and cored, sliced into rings5 bagels, toasted1 tbsp. sweet thai chili sauce per burger (optional)1 tbsp. Sunset Gourmet Tropical Pineapple Peppercorn Sauce per burger (optional)
Directions
Spray a frypan with cooking spray. Take all of the vegetables and put in a food blender and minced.
Put all the vegetables, spice and ground pork together and form into patties. On medium heat, cook the patties thoroughly.

On your toasted bagel, place a pineapple slice (ring), an apple ring and both or either of the two sauces. I place on sauce on the top of the bagel and the other on the bottom. When your patties are ready place in the bagel.
