Slow cooker Lasagna with Whole Wheat Noodles

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz *Mushroom Spaghetti Sauce, 2 cup *Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagna Pasta, 1 BoxMozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 3 cup, shreddedRicotta Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup
Directions
Brown the meat and combine with the spaghetti sauce and ricotta cheese. Layer the noodles, sauce and mozzarella until everything is in the slow cooker.

Cook on slow for 6-8 hours, or on high 4-5 hours.

    I made this last night for friends and they loved it. Cleaned the entire crockpot. I would suggest that you spray the crockpot w/ Pam & also check midway since this appears to cooker faster than indicated in the recipe. I also added onions, garlic, green peppers and oregeno. Delish! - 10/4/09
