Ingredients
• ½ cup flour• ½ cup fat-free milk• 1 egg• 2 egg whites• 1 tablespoon margarine, melted• 2 tablespoon sugar• ¼ teaspoon salt• Cooking spray
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except cooking spray, in a small bowl; beat until smooth (batter will be thin).
Spray 8-inch crepe pan or small skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Pour scant ¼-cup batter into pane, tilting to coat bottom evenly with batter.
Cook over medium heat until browned on the bottom, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn crepe and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes.
