Rice & Veggie lunch

Ingredients
1 Cup Brown Rice2 cups mixed frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots) or any veggie.1 Raman noodle serving.
Directions
Cook brown rice. While cooking rice start cooking veggies in sauce pan. After a couple of minutes add the smashed raman noodles and flavor packet. When almost cooked at rice. Can add salt, pepper, or any other seasoning. Cook on Medium heat. When water is absorbed and veggies are soft it is ready to eat.

    This is very easy to make as well as tasty. I did find that the directions were very vague. I used instant brown rice cooked according to the package. I cooked the vegetables in 1 cup of water until they were mostly cooked. Then I added the smashed ramen noodles and seasoning packet. I cooked t - 5/7/17
