Lemon Pepper Crab Salad

Ingredients
1 8oz pkg imitation crab1 8oz can water chestnuts1/3 c light mayonnaise2 green onions sliced thinly1/4 c grated carrots1 T lemon juice1 T lemon zest2 tsp lemon pepper
Directions
Chop crab, water chestnuts. Slice onlons thinly, add to crab mix. Grate carrots, add to crab mix. Add lmayonnaise, emon juice, lemon zest, and lemon pepper. Stir to combine. Serve with whole grain crackers.

Can be served on greens as a light salad
